How NightDesign handles information shared through website enquiries and direct contact.
Information you share
When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, project information and optional files you choose to provide.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about requested services. Customizer submissions are not used for marketing without separate permission.
Uploaded files
Quote-form files are processed temporarily for secure email delivery. Customizer artwork and its generated preview are kept in private server storage so staff can review the order; neither is publicly addressable. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention
Enquiry details should be retained only while needed to respond, provide requested services or meet applicable obligations. Completed or cancelled customizer orders are configured for deletion after 30 days; NightDesign should confirm this period before production deployment.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process essential server logs needed to operate, maintain and protect the website. Rate-limit records use a keyed hash rather than storing the submitted form content.
